簡曆介紹:

韓玉嶺,博士,必威精装版app西汉姆联 幹細胞與生殖生物學國家重點實驗室研究員,博士生導師。2013年於南開大學生命科學學院獲學士學位,2019年獲中國科學院生物物理研究所博士學位。同年赴康奈爾大學威爾醫學院從事博士後研究。2024年1月全職加入必威精装版app西汉姆联 ,研究方向是病毒與宿主相互作用的分子機理。通過以胚胎幹細胞和誘導多能幹細胞分化的多種組織細胞/類器官為模型,研究病毒感染,並篩選潛在的抗病毒藥物。以第一作者或共同一作發表論文10篇,代表論著包括Nature (2021) ,Cell (2019) ,Nature Methods (2022) ,Cell Stem Cell (2020, 2022, 2024) , Circulation Research (2021, 2022) 等,總引用1600餘次。

研究領域:

病毒感染嚴重威脅人類健康。利用人類胚胎幹細胞和多能幹細胞分化不同組織細胞/類器官研究病毒感染,可以克服傳統細胞係對複雜的人體細胞和器官係統建模的局限。本課題組利用幹細胞分化的類器官來研究傳染性疾病,結合多組學測序技術和高通量藥物篩選平台,深入研究病毒與宿主相互作用的機製,探索潛在的治療策略。
