簡曆介紹:
金堅石,博士,研究員,博士生導師;必威精装版app西汉姆联 農業蟲害鼠害綜合治理研究國家重點實驗室菌群生物學與智能調控研究組組長。
2009年和2014年分別獲得南京大學學士和北京大學博士學位。2010-2011前往哈佛大學訪問學習。2014-2016年在北京大學生命科學學院從事博士後研究。2016-2023年在日本理化學研究所先後擔任JSPS fellow、Research Scientist、Senior Scientist。
主要從事單細胞測序、顯微成像和智能化係統等的研發工作,研究腸道菌群和轉錄調控等複雜係統相關的生物學問題。研究成果發表於Science,Nature Communications, Nature Protocols, Science Immunology,PNAS,The Journal of Immunology等雜誌。已申請多國PCT專利。曾獲得日本理化學研究所“櫻舞賞”,日本JSPS博士後獎學金,北京大學優秀博士論文,北大-清華生命科學聯合中心優秀博士後基金等。
研究領域:
菌群在生態係統中處於非常重要的地位,不但參與環境中能量和物質的循環,同時也對宿主(如動物)的健康和疾病至關重要。這為利用菌群預測或控製農業有害動物爆發、保護生物多樣性、改善人類健康和生活質量等提供了新思路。本課題組將通過研發和應用基於大數據采集與分析的精確技術,特別是基於測序和成像的單細胞技術,從環境或共生菌群發現重要的功能微生物並研究其生物學,在此基礎上結合人工智能和生物技術實現對菌群的精準調控,同時為調控動物的繁殖與行為、改善環境或宿主健康等提出理論或開發具體技術。
