研究成果:1.首次證明大鼠胚胎幹細胞具有四倍體補償能力並獲得健康個體,證實最高等級的多能性可以在不同物種間的幹細胞上建立。2.通過提高Primed狀態人胚胎幹細胞的抗凋亡能力證明其具有異種嵌合的能力,為開展人類胚胎幹細胞異種嵌合研究提供了方法和思路。3.首次獲得大鼠孤雄單倍體胚胎幹細胞,證明具有替代精子與卵母細胞“受精”並產生健康大鼠的能力,快速獲得基因修飾的大鼠模型。相關成果在Nature Biotechnology, Cell Stem Cell, PNAS, Cell Research等國際刊物上發表研究論文二十餘篇,其中第一(或共同第一)作者十餘篇。獲得國家自然基金青年項目支持,國家重點研發計劃(項目骨幹)等項目支持。
