簡曆介紹:

張曉明,男,博士,二級研究員,博士生導師;必威精装版app西汉姆联 “表觀遺傳與抗病毒免疫研究組”組長。中國科學院特聘研究骨幹,中國科學院大學崗位教師。國家高層次人才項目(青年)、國家自然科學基金委優秀青年項目傑出青年項目項目獲得者,中國科學院引才計劃評估優秀獲得者、科技部重點研發計劃專項首席科學家。中國昆蟲學會理事、媒介昆蟲與病原互作專委會副主任,中國植物病理學會病毒專業委員會、中國昆蟲學會昆蟲比較免疫與互作專業委員會委員。

2001年在南開大學獲得學士學位。2007年於北京大學獲得博士學位。

2008-2014年在加州大學河濱分校進行博士後研究。

聚焦RNA在機體抗性免疫反應中的作用,解析動植物內非編碼RNA的調控機理和免疫功能,揭示蛋白編碼RNA的發生機製和抗性功能,並嚐試進行RNA農藥等RNA相關產品的開發與應用。相關研究在 Cell Host & MicrobeScience AdvancesNature CommunicationsThe Plant Cell 等期刊發表。

研究領域:

以解析動植物對病原和蟲媒的抗性機製為目的,本研究組的研究重點為:1)非編碼RNA在機體抗性反應過程中功能;2)細胞器互作對機體抗性反應的意義。
