簡曆介紹:

  王皓毅,博士,研究員,必威精装版app西汉姆联 幹細胞與生殖生物學國家重點實驗室副主任,基因工程技術研究組組長。2009年於美國華盛頓大學獲得分子細胞生物學博士學位,開發了基於轉座子的Calling Card技術。2009年至2014年在麻省理工學院Whitehead研究所Rudolf Jaenisch實驗室進行博士後研究,從事全能性幹細胞和小鼠中基因編輯技術的開發和應用。2014年加入必威精装版app西汉姆联 ,擔任基因工程技術研究組組長。在近年研究中取得多項成果,包括在人類多能性幹細胞和CAR-T細胞中建立了高效的基因編輯方法;建立基因編輯以及胚胎電轉構建小鼠模型方法;建立人類naive胚胎幹細胞培養條件,並基於此實現人類X染色體隨機失活的模擬;建立原位基因表達調控技術CRISPR-on和Casillio係統等。相關研究成果發表在Cell、Nature Biotechnology、Cell Stem Cell、Genome Research、Cell Research等雜誌上,已發表SCI學術論文五十餘篇,其中(共同)第一作者和通訊作者文章37篇,總引用次數已過萬次 (google scholar統計)。回國後已獲得國家自然科學基金優秀青年基金、麵上項目、中科院幹細胞先導專項以及科技部幹細胞與再生醫學重點研發計劃等經費資助。
