簡曆介紹:

  胡寶洋,博士、研究員。現任中國科學院幹細胞與再生醫學創新研究院、北京幹細胞與再生醫學研究院執行院長,中國科學院大學醫學院常務副院長,幹細胞與生殖生物學國家重點實驗室副主任。

  2004年獲複旦大學博士學位,2005年赴美國威斯康星大學(University of Wisconsin-Madison)從事博士後研究,2009年任助理科學家(Assistant Scientist),2011年1月加入必威精装版app西汉姆联 。

  主要從事幹細胞與再生醫學研究。重點關注腦發育與疾病、幹細胞分化及臨床應用等問題,圍繞腦發育及調控的進化特性、神經係定向分化機理、分化細胞的臨床應用等方麵取得係列重要成果。帶領團隊首次發現人iPS神經分化的異質性及規律(PNAS, 2010);首次獲得SIRT6敲除猴並揭示其調控和進化特性(Nature, 2018);率先推動人胚幹細胞分化細胞治療帕金森病等臨床研究。

  承擔科技部、國家自然科學基金委、中國科學院、北京市等多項科研任務,在Nature、Science、Cell Stem Cell、PNAS、Cell Research等期刊發表高水平論文50餘篇,獲國家專利2項,美國專利2項,。擔任多種國際學術期刊審閱人,多次應邀參加國際、國內學術交流。兼任國家重大研發計劃幹細胞與轉化研究重點專項專家組副組長、中國細胞生物學學會常務理事、幹細胞分會副會長、國家幹細胞資源庫創新聯盟秘書長。

研究領域:

  主要從事幹細胞與再生醫學領域研究,重點研究全能幹細胞向神經係的分化機製、人類幹細胞生物學的獨特性以及幹細胞醫藥學應用的係統化評估等科學問題。

  1. 神經分化機製。用多能幹細胞定向分化和細胞重編程為模型,研究神經分化中細胞外信號、轉錄程序、轉錄前後表觀遺傳學因素如何協同指導多能幹細胞向某一特定類型細胞分化。借助小鼠等動物模型和遺傳學手段在體內進一步驗證。

  2. 人類發育和細胞分化的獨特性。以人多能幹細胞神經定向分化係統為基礎,綜合利用多種手段發掘決定人類高級功能和獨特性狀的調控元件及調控機製。

  3. 幹細胞醫學轉化。以定向分化為基礎,完善規模化細胞分化和體細胞直接轉分化為特定細胞類型的方法。與相關領域合作,建立細胞產品應用於細胞替代和藥物篩選的標準評估體係。
