簡曆介紹:

  趙建國,必威精装版app西汉姆联 幹細胞與生殖生物學國家重點實驗室研究員,大動物遺傳修飾研究組組長, 博士研究生導師,中國科學院大學崗位教授,中國科技大學,安徽大學兼職博士研究生導師。2019年獲得國家傑出青年科學基金資助。

  主要研究方向為基於正向遺傳學和反向遺傳學研究體係的豬功能基因解析和突變體創製,致力於為生物醫學研究和臨床前轉化提供理想的大動物疾病模型,同時也可以為豬的經濟性狀改良和品係培育提供新的手段和解決思路。具體研究方向為:1. 通過化學誘變進行豬全基因組水平的隨機突變和表型分析,建立突變家係,篩選功能基因和培育育種新材料;2. 通過基因組編輯(Genome Editing, GE)技術進行豬的基因組遺傳修飾進而改善豬的農業生產性狀或構建生物醫學研究的大動物模型;3. 豬早期胚胎發育的表觀遺傳調控和體細胞核移植。率先建立了基於化學誘變的豬正向遺傳學研究體係,篩選到一係列與生長、發育相關的突變體,鑒定了包含DUXO2,MITF和ABCA12等在內的12個豬重要功能基因和突變位點,不但為進一步培育豬新品種提供了育種材料和分子標記,也促進了豬在生物醫學中的應用。通過核酸酶介導的多維度高效豬基因編輯係統,創製了多種類型的基因編輯豬;解析了藏豬和民豬的抗寒遺傳調控機製,創製了低脂、高瘦肉率和抗寒的UCP1定點敲入基因編輯豬, FIX豬乳腺生物反應器等多個育種素材,為豬的功能基因研究和基因編輯技術介導的遺傳改良提供了技術保障和理論指導;發現大幅度提高豬克隆效率的新方法。近5年以通訊作者(含共同)身份在PNAS、Blood、EMBO Mol Med、eLife、Natl Sci Rev、J Mol Cell Biol、Biol Reprod等期刊發表SCI論文多篇。擔任“Sci Rep”、“J Mol Cell Biol”、“J Integr Agr”等雜誌編委會委員。擔任中國畜牧獸醫學會動物遺傳育種學分會及中國動物學會生殖生物學分會等學會常務理事。
