簡曆介紹:

  伍一軍現任必威精装版app西汉姆联 研究員,博士研究生導師,主持分子毒理學實驗室,擔任研究組組長。中國科學院研究生院/必威在线网址 獲得理學博士學位後赴美國Medical College of Georgia分子醫學與遺傳學係完成博士後研究(基因調控方向)。先後赴University of Louisiana(1999-2000年)、Oregon Health & Science University(2007-2008年)、Duke University(2010-2011年)、Virginia Commonwealth University(2015-2016年)等高校作為高級研究學者從事學術訪問與合作研究。兼任中國科學院研究生院教授、中國科學技術大學博士生導師、必威精装版app西汉姆联 學位委員會委員、國家自然科學基金項目評審專家、教育部學位中心論文評審專家、中國毒理學會生化與分子毒理學專業委員會常務委員、中國毒理學會神經毒理學專業委員會副主任委員、中國環境誘變劑學會環境誘變劑及神經毒理專業委員會常務委員、國家食品藥品監督管理局化妝品安全專家委員會委員、北京市預防醫學會衛生毒理學專業委員會常務委員、中華醫學會《中華勞動衛生職業病雜誌》編委、《Scientific Reports》編委、《Insect Science》與《昆蟲學報》編委、《實驗動物學報》編委、《中國比較醫學雜誌》通訊編委、《農藥學學報》編委。

  專業方向為分子毒理學/分子醫學,主要研究領域為神經毒理學、環境毒理學以及藥物引起的神經疾病。主要研究興趣是環境化學物的神經毒性機製;低劑量化學物的慢性毒性機理;化學物的聯合多毒性作用及其機製、有機磷引起的遲發性神經毒性的分子機製;神經病靶酯酶的功能與調節等。

  先後主持承擔國家自然科學基金項目、中科院生物特別支持項目、國際合作項目、國家863計劃項目、國家973計劃項目(子課題),中國科學院知識創新工程重大項目(專題)、國家科技支撐計劃重大項目、中國科學院先導項目(子課題)等多項課題。近年來,帶領分子毒理學實驗室團隊運用現代生物學技術研究化學物的毒性效應機製以及食品安全中的汙染物毒性問題,取得重要進展。使用的模型包括細胞係、原代培養細胞、動物模型等,使用的技術手段和方法包括組學技術、細胞學技術、基因編輯技術、蛋白質相互作用技術、基因編輯技術等。已在國際重要核心學術期刊(SCI源刊)上發表研究論文近100篇。

  已培養畢業博士生和碩士生27人,多人獲國家獎學金和中科院獎學金,畢業後赴美留學工作和從事博士後研究。國內就業單位中已有4位博士畢業生晉升為教授/研究員和博士生導師、8人晉升為副教授/副研究員和研究生導師。現有在讀博士生5人,碩士生3人。
