王皓毅研究組招聘博士後。王皓毅研究員長期進行人類多能性幹細胞和小鼠模型的基因工程技術開發,於2014年在動物所組建實驗室。本研究組主要研究興趣為新型基因工程技術的開發與應用。近期研究方向為:1. 開發源頭創新的新型基因工程技術;2. 在CAR-T細胞和造血幹細胞中優化基因編輯技術,開發新型疾病治療方法;3. 利用人類胚胎幹細胞技術和基因編輯技術研究女性早期胚胎發育中的X染色體失活現象的分子機製。
招聘方向為:
1. 應用和優化基因編輯技術開發新型CAR-T療法,進行臨床前實驗和臨床研究
2. 開發新型基因工程工具和技術
3. 建立大片段基因組編輯技術構建複雜動物模型的方法
應聘條件:
1. 生物化學、分子生物學、計算生物學和微生物學等相關領域,於近五年內獲得博士學位;博士期間或近三年內以第一作者身份發表SCI論文;專業知識紮實,熟練掌握博士學習領域相關實驗技術。
2. 對於科學研究具有較強的興趣和熱情,具有較強的獨立工作能力,誠實、富有責任心和團隊合作精神。
3. 具有良好的英文文獻閱讀、寫作和口頭表達能力,已發表過較高水平的研究論文者優先考慮;
4. 身體健康,能長期穩定工作,年齡不超過35周歲。
